HOW TO ENTER. Purchase 12-packs or 24-packs of RC COLA during the Sweepstakes Period, and if you find a specially marked can of RC COLA with a gold top and the “Ultimate Treat” graphics during the Sweepstakes Period, take the specially marked can with the gold top to the Main street Trick or Treat on the event Date. The specially marked can of RC COLA with the gold top is your ticket to enter the sweepstake. YOU MUST ATTEND THE MAIN STREET TRICK OR TREAT ON THE EVENT DATE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES FOR THE GRAND PRIZE AS DESCRIBED BELOW. Odds: 1:30,000.
FREE GAME PIECE: There is 1 way to obtain a free Game Piece:
1 - On a 3” x 5” Card: hand print your actual name, mailing address (no P.O. boxes), phone number (home-required; cell and/or work – optional) and age, and submit in a #10 envelope and mail to the Free Game Piece Request Address.. Machine duplicated or reproduced requests will not be accepted. All requests received will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Requests must be received by Request for Free Game Piece Deadline.
Odds depend upon the number of requests for free Game Pieces. Limit of 1 Free Game Piece per person. Use the free Game Piece to attend the event on the Main street Trick or Treat Date in order to participate in the Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize as described below.
SWEEPSTAKES: Attend the event on the event Date and as you enter the Main street Trick or Treat , proceed to the registration booth, surrender your gold top can or your free Game Piece for a numbered raffle ticket. A random drawing will occur at the event for thirty (30) Grand Prize finalists and those numbers will be announced. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the number of people who attend the event using the gold top can or the free Game Piece on the main street trick or treat Day. Each finalist announced will have five (5) minutes to come to the stage to take part in the Grand Prize giveaway. If not all thirty (30) people make it to the stage in the allotted five (5) minutes, additional names will be drawn and announced and given five (5) minutes to fill the spots that were previously not taken. If not all thirty 30 spots have been filled at the conclusion of the second five (5) minutes, then the giveaway will begin. All those chosen for the giveaway will randomly select a trick or treat bag that contains a CD. After all bags have been selected, the qualifiers will be drawn at random to insert their cd into the cd player of the grand prize vehicle. Only one (1) bag will contain the WINNING cd that will be play the “you’re a winner” sound. Only the holder of that one (1) cd will win the Grand Prize. Grand Prize will be awarded October 26th, 2008.

No substitution of prize is permitted. ALL APPLICABLE TAXES, INCLUDING SALES TAX, TITLE AND LICENSE, ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INDIVIDUAL WINNERS. Winners also responsible for any other costs over and above negotiated cost of vehicle. Should a prize become unavailable, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value. Must be 18 and have a validly issued driver’s license to enter. Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release and show proof of automobile insurance when receiving the Grand Prize. Please allow approximately 10-12 weeks for Grand Prize to be delivered after receipt of affidavit. Vehicle delivery dependent upon manufacturer and/or dealership availability and scheduling.
